Compliance & Certifications
ISO/IEC 27001 certification demonstrates that Aisera has invested in the people, processes, and technology (e.g., tools and systems) to protect your organization’s data and provides an independent expert assessment of whether your data is sufficiently protected.
Aisera undergoes a strict SOC 2 Type II audit yearly. The audit certifies that we have appropriate controls that meet AICPA Trust Service Criteria requirements relevant to Security, Availability, Confidentiality. The audit also requires that we submit a detailed Risk Management strategy and assessment.
Aisera provides all controls necessary to support the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
CSA Star Level 1
Aisera SaaS has been certified under Cloud Security Alliance’s STAR Level 1. The CSA STAR Certification is a rigorous third-party independent assessment of the security of a cloud service provider.
Aisera does not generally need to process any PHI data to perform its function. To reassure our customers, we support and sign our customers’ HIPAA/BAA agreements.
Aisera is compliant with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA). However, it is our customers’ responsibility to comply with CCPA requirements from the perspective of a “Business.”
