Muddu Sudhakar is a serial Entrepreneur with a track-record for multiple successful exits. Muddu brings deep product, technology and GTM expertise including decades-long experience in enterprise markets including Cloud, SaaS, AI/Machine learning, IoT, Cyber Security, Big Data, Storage and Semiconductors. Muddu brings strong operating experience ranging from startup CEO (Caspida, Cetas, Kazeon, Sanera, Rio Design) to public companies, holding leadership roles as SVP & GM role at ServiceNow, Splunk, VMware, and EMC. Sudhakar holds a Ph.D. and MS in Computer Science from the University of California, Los Angeles and a BS in Electronics & Communications Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. He is widely published in industry journals and conference proceedings and owns more than 40 patents.

Dr. Christos Tryfonas is a successful serial entrepreneur and technologist in Silicon Valley. Currently, he is the Chief Architect at Aisera, focusing on technology, engineering, and strategy. Most recently, Dr. Tryfonas was the Founder and CTO of Caspida, a next-generation, predictive cybersecurity enterprise software company that detects and prevents hidden threats. Following Caspida’s acquisition by Splunk, Dr. Tryfonas served as Head of Engineering for Splunk Behavioral Analytics. Before that, he co-founded Cetas, a cloud analytics and big data company acquired by VMware. He was also a founder of Kazeon Systems, which was acquired by EMC Corp. Dr. Tryfonas holds multiple issued and pending patents with widely published work throughout both academia and industry.

Antonio Nucci, Ph.D., serves Aisera as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), working with the leadership team to set Aisera’s strategic technology direction and shape product and market strategy. Prior to Aisera, Antonio was CTO at Cisco’s Customer Experience (CX) Group, helping develop ML and AI capabilities critical to Cisco’s digital transformation. Prior to that, Antonio served as VP and Chief Data Scientist at Symantec Corporation, and Senior Director of Advanced Technologies and AI at Boeing. Antonio has been honored as Infosecurity CTO of the Year, among many distinctions. He holds 83 USPTO patents and has authored over 100 technical papers and co-authored six technology books. He earned his Bachelors, Masters, and Ph.D. in Computer Science at Politecnico di Torino (Italy).

Puru Amradkar brings over 20 years of extensive experience in building scalable, distributed cloud services. At Aisera, Puru leads the product and sales engineering teams with the belief that an alliance between products and technical sales leads to great products and synergy. He has held leadership positions at Microsoft, where he was involved in the buildout of OneDrive, Outlook.com and Microsoft Azure. Most recently he led Product Management at ServiceNow for their ITOM business unit. Puru holds over 45 USPTO patents and has participated in multiple industry meetups as a guest speaker. He has a passion for music and enjoys classical Indian dance from folk to modern free form expression.

A specialist in strategic planning and value creation for rapidly scaling businesses, Abhi Maheshwari joined Aisera as CFO in September 2021. His leadership role encompasses long-term financial analysis and planning, global expansion, treasury and tax strategy, partnerships, operations, and capital allocation. Prior to Aisera, he served as CAO at CrowdStrike, where he guided the transition to a public company, international partnerships, M&A, and business acceleration. Previously, as a financial leader at Logitech, he led new business creation, M&A integration, and centralizing of tax strategy and operations. His skills encompass building strong teams for global expansion and IPO readiness, guiding regulatory compliance, and implementing revenue stimulus. Abhi is a graduate of the Executive Residency Program at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and CPA from India and California.

As the Chief Customer Officer at Aisera, Sachin Soni runs all post Sales functions including Onboarding, PS, Support, Success and User Enablement. Sachin brings to this role more than 22 years of management, customer advocacy and services leadership with expertise in AI and security. Prior to Aisera, Sachin led all Post Sales functions at Cresta.ai, another leader in the AI space. He was the first person in Customer Success at Pindrop, a security AI company, and helped grow the Company to be the leader in fraud and authentication on the voice channel. Prior to that he was part of the Bevocal team that was acquired by Nuance which was later acquired by Microsoft. Sachin really believes in building a strong team and culture and is a Statistics major from the University of Mumbai.

Jared Lucas joined Aisera as Chief People Officer with twenty years of global human resources experience. Jared has deep expertise in talent acquisition, compensation & benefits and performance management. Jared has significant experience scaling cultures and organizations during periods of hyper-growth. Most recently Jared was the Vice President of People at Cresta, a leading player in bringing AI co-pilot technology to the contact center industry. Prior to Cresta, Jared was the Chief People Officer at MobileIron joining upon their successful IPO, up through their acquisition by Ivanti. Additionally, Jared was a Director of Human Resources at LinkedIn through its IPO and helped the company scale as the employee base grew by several thousand during his tenure. Earlier in his career he was a Special Agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Jared received his Master’s Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and his Bachelor’s Degree from Brigham Young University.

Jyoti Kukreja brings over 15 years of experience across roles in Business Development, Sales, Operations, and Engineering. She has a unique blend of expertise across technical, strategic and creative domains. Prior to Aisera, Jyoti held leadership roles at Rubrik, ThoughtSpot, Nutanix and VMware, including a stint as an Entrepreneur. In her current role at Aisera, Jyoti works cross-functionally with the C-Suite, playing a strong catalyst in the organization's change management initiatives, in addition to leading Strategic Alliances and Business Development for the company.

Utkarsh Contractor serves as the VP of AI at Aisera, where he leads data science and ML engineering teams working on critical machine learning and artificial intelligence applications in the fields of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and classical ML. He pursued graduate studies at Stanford University where his research was focussed in the fields of NLP and reinforcement learning. Utkarsh brings over 15 years of industry experience in information retrieval and machine learning. He has held leadership roles at companies such as LinkedIn and AT&T Labs, and he holds several patents in the field of AI and ML. Outside of work Utkarsh loves to spend his time playing football and going for long runs.

As the VP of Engineering at Aisera, Ravi Karra runs all technology including Development, Model Productization, Quality Engineering and Agile functions. Ravi brings to this role more than 20 years of management experience, building and scaling sustainable teams globally across many domains. Prior to Aisera, Ravi was VP/GM leading the platform BU at Here Technologies, helping grow the business with the automotive industry with company presence in Silicon Valley, Europe, and India. Previously Ravi was responsible for the entire Card/Load/SMB Acquisitions portfolio at American Express helping grow to 32 markets and establishing engineering teams in India. Earlier Ravi led the Predix Platform and Application teams at GE Digital taking many products from concept to commercial. Ravi is also an alum of Autodesk and holds a MS in Engineering from Iowa State University and BS from Osmania University.
