About Aisera

Abhi Maheshwari serves as the Chief Executive Officer, driving the company’s ambitious vision for agentic AI. Since joining Aisera in 2021, Abhi has played a key role in driving the company’s growth. He has served as interim CEO since June 2024, and before that, he led Aisera’s successful Series D financing round as CFO and laid the foundation for continued future growth. Before Aisera, Abhi was a key executive at Crowdstrike during an explosive growth phase, successful IPO, and global expansion.

Antonio Nucci, Ph.D., serves Aisera as Chief Technology Officer, working to set Aisera’s strategic technology direction and shape product and market strategy. Antonio was CTO at Cisco’s Customer Experience Group, helping develop ML and AI capabilities critical to Cisco’s digital transformation. Prior to that, Antonio served as VP and Chief Data Scientist at Symantec Corporation, and Senior Director of Advanced Technologies and AI at Boeing. Antonio has been honored as Infosecurity CTO of the Year, among many distinctions. He holds 89 USPTO patents and has authored over 100 technical papers.

Dejan Deklich serves as the Chief Development Officer at Aisera overseeing the entire software development lifecycle from ideation to deployment. Dejan has more than twenty years of experience in strategic evaluation and implementation of new technologies, research and development and leading technical teams to reach critical milestones. Dejan previously served as the Chief Development Officer at RingCentral overseeing a global team of over 3,000. Prior to RingCentral Dejan was Chief Technology and Products Officer at 8x8. Dejan was also the VP of Platform & Cloud at Splunk. Dejan was CTO at Merced Systems prior to its acquisition by NICE Systems. He also held technical leadership roles at Yahoo! and at IBM Research earlier in his career. Dejan holds advanced degrees in Physics, Math and Computer Science from Universitaet Bremen and Santa Clara University.

As the VP of Product Management, Rahul Guha is dedicated to drive innovation, build customer trust and empower team members to achieve success. He leads product management, user experience and analyst relations at Aisera. Previously, at ServiceNow, Rahul joined the nascent Customer Service Management Business Unit and helped grow annual recurring revenue from $30MM to greater than $450MM in a span of six years. During his tenure at ServiceNow, he worked closely with major customers, partners and analysts and published 2 patents related to Enterprise Service Management and Workflows. Prior to ServiceNow, Rahul worked at MuleSoft where he led the team that created MuleSoft Exchange. Rahul was the founding Product Manager at early stage startups AgentAchieve (acquired by CoreLogic) and InsightsOne (acquired by Apigee/Google) where he drove product strategy and execution. Rahul holds an MBA from University of California, Berkeley and a B.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

Utkarsh Contractor serves as the VP of AI at Aisera, leading teams working on Agentic AI and Domain specific LLMs for the Enterprise. He is also a Senior Research Fellow at Stanford University, focusing his Applied AI Research in using large multimodal vision and language models for domain specific AI Agents. Utkarsh has a decade of industry experience in AI and Machine Learning and holds several patents and publications. He has held leadership roles at companies such as LinkedIn and AT&T Labs.

Ben Lu is the Chief Financial Officer of Aisera and is responsible for scaling the business, investing in growth, and partnering with the senior leadership team to deliver measurable and sustainable business value to enterprise customers. Ben brings over 25 years of diverse and extensive experience in the technology sector, and was previously the Chief Financial Officer of Bird Rides and Archer Aviation. Prior to that, Ben was the Vice President of Finance at Logitech International, where he successfully led a global team responsible for corporate FP&A, investor relations, treasury, global operations and supply chain finance, and more. During his time at Logitech, Ben and the finance team helped scale revenues from $2B in 2017 to over $5B in 2021, while increasing the company’s market value tenfold from $2B to $20B over the same time period.

At Aisera, Matt is the Chief Revenue Officer. In this role, he is responsible for managing growth for the worldwide sales and partner organizations as well as architecting the go-to-market strategy for the company. Matt has consistently built and led multiple high performing sales teams across various countries, distribution channels, and sizes of companies in AI, Data, Cybersecurity, and DevOps from pre-revenue, early stage to successful exits. Most recently, Matt served in a similar role as CRO for Labelbox (AI) and before that cybersecurity firm Devo. During his leadership there, he was instrumental in developing the sales and success teams: building it up from its nascent stages, and later guiding it through a variety of growth phases. Prior to Devo, he was responsible for sales, customer success, business development, and marketing at Basis Technologies, a UK-based company. Thomas earned a Bachelor’s degree with three majors in Business Administration, Economics, and Accounting at Graceland University.

As the Chief Customer Officer at Aisera, Sachin Soni oversees all post-sales functions, including Onboarding, Support, Customer Success and User Enablement. Sachin brings to this role more than 22 years of management, customer advocacy and services leadership with expertise in AI and security. Prior to Aisera, Sachin led all Post Sales functions at Cresta.ai, another leader in the AI space. He was the first person in Customer Success at Pindrop, a security AI company, and helped grow the Company to be the leader in fraud and authentication on the voice channel. Prior to that he was part of the Bevocal team that was acquired by Nuance which was later acquired by Microsoft. Sachin really believes in building a strong team and culture and is a Statistics major from the University of Mumbai.

With more than 20 years of experience in software and technology product marketing, Seyi Verma serves as the Vice President of Marketing at Aisera. In this role, he leads the strategic go-to-market execution for Aisera’s Agentic AI applications and platform. He ensures alignment across product development and sales to accelerate growth and market adoption. He is also responsible for developing and implementing the company’s overall marketing strategy to enhance corporate visibility and drive demand generation and business growth. Before joining Aisera, Verma spearheaded go-to-market strategies for innovative solutions in data protection, edge orchestration, and ITSM/ITAM/ESM at Druva, ZEDEDA, and SolarWinds. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA with a focus on Finance and Marketing from Santa Clara University.

Jared Lucas joined Aisera as Chief People Officer, bringing 20 years of global HR experience. He specializes in talent acquisition and performance management, with a strong focus on scaling organizations during growth. Previously, he was Vice President of People at Cresta and Chief People Officer at MobileIron during its IPO. He also served as Director of HR at LinkedIn, supporting its rapid growth. Earlier, he was a Special Agent with the FBI. Jared holds a Master’s in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s from Brigham Young University.

Parv is dedicated to driving strategic transformations within Aisera, leveraging his extensive experience across all functional groups to ensure successful execution. Prior to Aisera, Parv was at McKinsey where he advised B2B Enterprise Tech players on growth and go-to-market strategies. He also has substantial experience advising Private Capital investors on business evaluation and value creation. He holds a MBA from the IIM Ahmedabad and a Bachelor's degree from IIT Delhi, and is a published author on AI/ ML.
